Following is a list of Entrée options for banquet functions at ARZU Restaurant assembled by Chef Ihsan Demirci. Option #1 through #5 are for sit down affairs and include house salad, house pasta, soft drinks and dessert.
 
Option #1
 
Beef Wellington: Fillet Mingnon, lightly seasoned then wrapped in a puff pastry and top with Beamaise and brown butter sauce.
 
Salmon Wellington: Fresh Norwegian salmon fillet, stuffed with seasoned crabmeat wrapped in a puff pastry and finished with Beamaise and brown butter sauce.
 
Chicken Mediterranean Style: Boneless breast of chicken stuff with lumped crabmeat and fresh mushrooms topped with a light lime butter cream sauce.
 
Option #2
 
Beef Kapama: Slices of beef and an array of vegetables seasoned in a brown butter and topped with a puff pastry.
 
Sole Florentine: Fresh fillet of Sole stuffed with seasoned fresh spinach and topped with a white wine cream sauce.
 
Chicken Francaise: Boneless breast of chicken lightly breaded, sautéed to perfection in a white wine garlic butter sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.
 
Option #3
 
Entricotte Au Poive: New York stripped seasoned with fresh peppercorns and Dijon mustard finish with a shitake mushroom sauce.
 
Stuffed Flounder: Fillet of whole flounder stuffed with lumped crabmeat and topped with a white wine cream sauce.
 
Chicken Florentine: Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with fresh spinach, mozzarella cheese and proscuitto ham and finished with shitake mushroom sauce.
 
Option #4
 
Veal Parmigiano: Generous serving of veal with mozzarella cheese, tomato and brown butter sauce.
 
Stuffed Shrimp: Shrimp stuffed with lump crabmeat and white wine sauce.
 
Chicken Saltimboca: Tender breast of chicken, proscuitto ham and mozzarella cheese with Madiera wine sauce.
 
Option #5
 
Lamb Rosemary: Tender loin of lamb with fresh spinach, mozzarella cheese and finished with shitake oyster mushrooms and Maderia wine sauce.
 
Eggplant Beyendi: Tender loin of chicken over roasted eggplant and pashmel sauce with Maderia wine sauce and shitake oyster mushroom sauce.
 
Grouper Phosphorus Style: Fillet of fish sherry wine sauce, tomato, shrimp, fresh spinach and served with champagne sauce, baked in parchment paper.
 
Option #6
 
Paella Madrid Style: Shrimp, Scallops, Oyster, Clams, Mussels, chunks of fish, chicken loin and rice soufron
 
Chicken Saltimboca: Tender breast of chicken, proscutto ham, mozzarella cheese and Madeira wine sauce.
 
Veal Parmigiano: Generous serving of veal mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce.
 
Options #1 through #5 are $23.00 per person and Option #6 is $24.00 per person. All include house salad, house pasta, soft drink, plain bread and dessert.
 
Chef Ihsan Demirci, suggest the following appetizers to accompany the above entrees.
 
Hot and Cold Mediterrenean: Baked oysters, clams casino, borek(baked filo dough stuffed with feat cheese), yaprak dolma(grape leaves wrapped around rice), kofte (meat balls) and babaganush.
 
Hot Anti Pasta: eggplant parmesan, roasted shrimp, peppers and muscles in a light marinara sauce.
Appetizers are $7.00 per person
Tax and gratuity are not included.
